Our Staff
Reverend Stephen Meltzer - Pastor Meltzer and his wife, Julie, live in a country home near Hewitt. They have two daughters. He loves to hunt and fish in his spare time, and would be more than happy to visit with anyone who would like him to do so.
Pastor Emeritus- Elmer Linen - Pastor Linen and his wife, Ellen, are retired members of St. John and live in Wadena. Pastor Linen, a retired pastor, continues to serve on an as-needed basis at St. John and the surrounding LCMS congregations.
Church Secretary - Judy Knosalla - Judy has served as the church secretary at St. John since 2002. She and her husband, Larry, live in Motley. Judy is in the office from 10:30 - 3:30 on weekdays. If you ever need someone to visit with, Judy always has an open ear and an open heart.
